Aligue Pasta Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb fettuccine noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 & 1/2 cup crab fat (taba ng talangka)
  • 1 lb mixed seafood, cleaned (shrimp, mussels, squid, and crab)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup cooking rice wine
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tsp green onions (for garnish)

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Arrange the cooked fettuccine noodles in a serving plate then set aside.
  2. Heat a cooking pot and pour- in the cooking oil.
  3. When the oil is hot enough, sauté the garlic and onions.
  4. Pour- in the cooking rice wine, stir, and cook for a minute.
  5. Put- in the crab fat then stir.
  6. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the salt and ground black pepper.
  8. Pour- in heavy whipping cream then stir.
  9. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  10. Add- in the mixed seafood and cook for 2 minutes.
  11. Turn off heat and pour the sauce over fettuccine noodles.
  12. You may garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
