Pancit Miki Guisado Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb miki noodles
  • ¼ lb grilled pork belly, sliced
  • 2 pcs boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sherry
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Pour and heat the cooking oil in a wok.
  2. Add- in the chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add- in the pork belly then stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add- in the sherry and onions then cook until onions becomes soft.
  5. Add- in the salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce then stir and cook for 6 to 8 minutes (add a little water if necessary).
  6. Add- in the cabbage and carrots then cook until vegetables are tender.
  7. Add- in the miki noodles then stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Turn off heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
