Easy Biscocho (Biskotso) Recipe

Biscocho Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 pcs of fresh (or stale) slices of bread (white bread)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup white sugar

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Put an oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven at 325 F or 162 C.
  2. Spray or grease a cookie (baking) sheet and arrange slices of bread.
  3. Brush each bread with the melted butter on each side and sprinkle with the sugar.
  4. Bake bread in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 each side or until bread is crisp.
  5. Let it cool, then serve. Enjoy!

Note: Baking time may vary depending on the oven. Do pay attention to the bread while baking as it may burn quickly.
