Coconut Jam Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Combine the coconut cream and the brown sugar in a non- stick sauce pan.
  2. Heat over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. While heating, stir frequently until sugar is dissolved and mixture is well- blended.
  4. When mixture has come to a boil, promptly reduce heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until mixture darkens and thickens.
  5. To checkĀ if the jam is ready, drop a teaspoonful into a bowl of cold water.
  6. If the mixture forms a soft ball in the cold water andĀ flattens when removed, your coconut jam is ready!
  7. Transfer the jam into clean jars and seal.
  8. Serve with bread and enjoy!
