Pancit Lusay Recipe

Pancit Lusay is a unique pancit blend that originates in the Ilocos region. It’s made up of several ingredients, including their very own Laoag or Vigan longganisa. Also, we make use of bagoong alamang to add on a unique flavor to the pancit. You don’t have to go there to get a taste of this, try making one at home!
