INGREDIENTS:
- Nacho chips
- 1 & 3/4 kg leftover pork, heated and shredded
- 1 cup kesong puti, cubed
- 1 cup tomatoes, cubed
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp calamansi juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
- Start by making the salsa. Combine the tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, calamansi juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl then mix well.
- Toss in the kesong puti and the leftover pork.
- Let mixture stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Place nacho chips in a container.
- Top with shredded romaine lettuce and pork- salsa mixture. Enjoy!
