Pinoy Nacho Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Nacho chips
  • 1 & 3/4 kg leftover pork, heated and shredded
  • 1 cup kesong puti, cubed
  • 1 cup tomatoes, cubed
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Start by making the salsa. Combine the tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, calamansi juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl then mix well.
  2. Toss in the kesong puti and the leftover pork.
  3. Let mixture stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Place nacho chips in a container.
  5. Top with shredded romaine lettuce and pork- salsa mixture. Enjoy!
