Chicken Potato Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pcs (4 oz) boneless chicken breast
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • Water (for boiling)

HOW TO COOK:

  1. In a cooking pot, boil 4 cups water.
  2. Add the chicken breasts into the pot and boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken and let it cool down.
  4. Slice the chicken into small cubes then set aside.
  5. Boil a clean batch of water in a clean pot.
  6. Add the carrots and continue to boil for 5 minutes.
  7. Drain the water and set the carrot aside.
  8. Again, boil a clean batch of water in a clean pot.
  9. Add the potatoes and continue to boil for 5 minutes.
  10. Drain the water and set the potatoes aside.
  11. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, carrots, and potatoes.
  12. Add the garlic salt, pickle relish, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise.
  13. Fold until all the ingredients are well blended.
  14. Add the frozen green peas.
  15. Continue to fold until well blended.
  16. Add garlic salt and parmesan cheese according to your taste.
  17. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  18. Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
