Potato Chips Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 pcs potatoes, cleaned (you have option to peel or not)
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups cooking oil

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Slice the potatoes as thinly as possible.
  2. Place in an open container
  3. Add the water in the container to soak the potatoes (you may add additional water if needed).
  4. Add the salt and stir to completely dilute it in water.
  5. Let the potatoes soak for at least 2 hours.
  6. Add the cooking oil in a deep pan and heat it.
  7. Deep fry the potatoes until the color turns golden brown and the texture become crispy.
  8. Remove from the deep pan and place in a container lined with paper towels.
  9. Add a dash of salt as needed.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
