Homemade Chocnut Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter, sweetened
  • 1/2 cup semi- sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 2/3 cup powdered milk

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Combine the melted chocolate and peanut butter in a large bowl.
  2. Stir with a spatula until well mixed.
  3. Add- in the milk powder then stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a frying pan then cook over low heat.
  5. Cook the mixture and stir constantly using a spatula for around 5 minutes (be careful not to scorch it).
  6. Once the mixture looks dry and is heated through, transfer to a bowl and spread mixture into an even layer to speed up cooling.
  7. Once cool enough to handle, spoon crumbled mixture into ice cube trays with long molds.
  8. Press down with your fingers to completely fill each mold.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting into bite-sized pieces and wrapping in parchment or wax paper.
  10. Consume or store in airtight containers for later. Enjoy!

Note: For best results, cover lightly and let it stand at room temperature overnight to dry the candies further.
