Chocolate Rice Puff Balls Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups choco rice puffs (try Kellogg’s cocoa krispies)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

HOW TO COOK:

  1. In a large sauce pan, put- in the butter, heat, and allow to the butter to melt.
  2. Once the butter melts, add the light corn syrup and the brown sugar.
  3. Stir to thoroughly mix the ingredients.
  4. Let the mixture start to boil.
  5. Add the rice puffs and mix well until the rice puffs are completely coated with the liquid mixture.
  6. Turn off the heat then allow the rice puffs to cool down.
  7. Wet your hands then scoop about ¼ cup of rice puff mixture then mold into a ball shape figure.
  8. Place the balls in a serving plate. Enjoy!
