Inihaw Na Pork Chop Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 & 1/2 lbs pork chops (around 4 pcs)
For the Marinade:
  • 2 limes
  • 6 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 3 tsp garlic, minced
For the Basting Sauce:
  • ½ cup banana ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

HOW TO COOK:

  1. In a bowl or container, mix the marinade ingredients and combine it with the pork chops.
  2. Mix well and ensure that the pork chops are coated with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all the basting sauce ingredients and stir to mix.
  5. Heat- up the grill.
  6. Start grilling one side of the marinated pork chop in medium heat for 4 minutes.
  7. Baste the top and turn the pork chop over.
  8. Grill the opposite side for another 4 minutes and baste again.
  9. Continue the cycle 2 more times or until the pork chops are cooked according to your preference.
  10. Remove from grill and transfer to as serving plate.
  11. You may serve with papaya atchara, spicy vinegar, and rice. Enjoy!
